Returns & exchange

Dear customers!
 


In accordance with current legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan and particularly in compliance with “Consumer rights protection act” № 274-IV ЗРК from May 4th 2010. You have right to exchange or return the purchased item/goods to the store and get full refund of its cost, in the following cases:

 
Article 30. Obligations of the seller (manufacturer) prior to sale of good, nevertheless its quality is proper or not.

 
1. The seller (manufacturer) is obliged to provide an exchange or return of non-food goods of proper quality within fourteen calendar days beginning from the date of purchase unless more long-term was established by contract, only if, upon mentioned good was not used, its consumer properties, seals, labels, marketable condition, and as well as document proving the purchase are saved, except for the following products:

• Medicines
• Medical devices
• Underwear
• Hosiery
• Animals and plants
In case of loss of the document proving the purchase or if it was not given to consumer due to different reasons, exchange or return of the good must be done, if only consumer will prove the fact of purchase from that particular seller (manufacturer).
 
2. If consumer will detect defects in good and will demand the replacement of it, then the seller (manufacturer) is obliged to exchange it immediately, if for proper conclusion reasons, additional inspection of goods quality made by seller (manufacturer) is necessary – in that case, within thirty calendar days from the date of such demand.
 

Dear customers! We would like to remind you that under the above mentioned Act, return of good of proper quality is possible, only if, upon mentioned good was not used, its consumer properties, seals, labels, marketable condition, and as well as document (cashier's check) proving the purchase are saved, within fourteen calendar days beginning from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we have the full right to reject you in your demand, if, your demand exceeded the time limit, that is, you are referring to us after fourteen days. Also, if the good was used, its package, seals, labels are foiled and marketable condition is lost. We kindly ask you to approach us with understanding. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our Customer Service, via contact phone number or by sending us email via “contact us” page. Our Service team will then be in contact with you very shortly to discuss reasons of your dissatisfaction.
